I had a great experience with customer service. They were very kind to me when I'd made a mistake and ordered two pairs of the same shoe by accident. My only problems were I wasn't able to really track my order well even with paying for the insurance/tracking, and the shoes are beautiful but even with upsizing as recommended, the shoes are pretty narrow so I wasn't able to really fit them. With shoes being final sale it was a bit of a bummer, but I didn't expect them to be as small as they are. Beautiful though, and I wish it wasn't closing down.

Recently took a gamble and purchased final sale shoes meaning no returns or exchanges. The shoes arrived in a beautiful SJP box and containes a dust bag. The smell of the new shoes is intoxicating. I purchaed the Lady style in the color of Poppy. LOVE THEM Sadly they did not fit. I order a size IT 39 (US 9) and they were very small to size. By the way the shoe is made I would probably need a whole size larger. Size IT 40 (US 10).
