I placed an order for a shoe. When I made the order, the size was available. I was sent an email (not a call or text) and was told the size ordered and accepted was not available. When I finally saw the email, an available size was not available. It should have been on hold until I replied that I would take the available size. I am very disappointed that someone didn’t contact me personally before my size was given away. NOT at all happy with this type of customer service. NOW all I offered is a credit! I should receive a refund. Don’t take my money if you don’t have the product available!

Worst customer service ever. Will never purchase from here again. That makes me sad to say because I love Sarah Jessica Parker and I have always been a fan of hers.

Every-time I order a pair of shoes, I ALWAYS have issues with you choosing FedEx as your shipper. Please provide other options, including us being able to us our own account number to be billed shipping. The staff is kurt and thus, unprofessional. I should not have to chase down my shoes in every single order!

The sizing is too small . A 9.5 fits like an 8.5 & no exchange nor returns . will not be repurchasing . Fix ur sizing chart & your costumer services was useless
