It was a huge disappointment. Cheap flimsy. Not at all what I expected from SJP. She would no more wear that tacky thing than jump over the moon. I was sick when it arrived and way too ill to return it but I should have. She needs to know what her company is sending out can embarrassment to say the least.

I hope to receive a reply regarding a requested return. I am not very happy that I didn't get to wear the shoes because they were late, and now I'm told I can't return or exchange.

Sample smells incredibly different than perfume sent

I did not received what I order, was leather and the material on my shoes looks very shiny, not leather

The worst possible experience ever. Their customer service is sooooo bad. I had to buy two pairs of shoes and return coz the sizing is way off and they’re just won’t return my money.
