Showpo US CAD ROW Prod

I recently bought a 151 dollar purchase from Showpo. The dress did not fit so I decided to return it. I shipped it back and got an email saying it was received and that it would take 48 hours or LESS to process my order and give me store credit. It has now been 5 days since that email and I have still not received my credit. They do not operate in a timely manner. I am now out 150 dollars with no dress and no credit. They also make it incredibly difficult to get in contact with. I do not recommend Showpo.

I received a dress that had a faulty zipper and based on advice of customer service ordered the same dress. When I received the new order not a replacement that I had to pay for another dress it was the completely wrong dress and size. It wasn’t even close to the time of original said dress. Very disappointing. Still waiting on my refund. This was for a wedding and the second dress arrived on time but couldn’t wear the dress they sent.

not a good experience at all. customer service wasn’t good either. Delivery was late by days and customer service did not help at all

Had to return everything because it doesn’t say that I need to check US sizes. Sucks.

Dress was not sewn well at the zipper which made the silhouette bumpy. My purchase was non refundable.
