Showpo US CAD ROW Prod

I have been shopping with showpo for years. Recently I received the wrong item and customer service initially contacted me to get details of what happened. Then when I asked if they can send the correct dress and size, they stopped contacting me. Their dresses are not cheap and I thought highly of Showpo but ghosting your customer on something you did wrong was not ok. They never fixed my issue.

I have not received my dress. Never delivered but tracking said it was at 3:39 am. Who delivers that early? I have cameras also. No package. Getting in touch on your website is a joke.
