I love the dress i brought unfortunately i was mucked around with shipping as i brought on the 17th and have received on the 30th and had to email and chat to find out when or if my package was even shipped, the staff were helpful when i reached the third time messaging

Love my dress, it was a great deal and the size was accurate. I would have liked a "Signature Required" option for shipping, to make the delivery more manageable as a customer. My package was left out within view from the street, and while I know the courier isn't a part of Showpo's company, they are a part of the Showpo shopping experience.

I am a size 12 got a large dress and did not fit

Unfortunately the dress I bought was too short to wear to a funeral, so had to return. I've had great service from Showpo in the past, but this time, I've returned and it hasn't been received/processed yet.

Just still waiting on my credit notification, it's been 3 weeks. How long does it normally take
