Showpo - NZ

We've ordered a few dresses to try for a Formal, but none quite fit the bill. Colour different than on the monitor, unappealing fabric, etc. We returned one outside the tight "no refund" window, and we're trying hard to find something we can get as an exchange, but so far the only appealing piece was advertised as "white" but came in ivory, which didn't work at all. We're hoping something we like appears at some point, but nothing on the site appeals to a 17 y/o or her mother. In summary, the product is OK and delivery and communication are good, but if you get stuck with a credit, you may never get anything for your money.

I absolutely LOOOOOVED the dress I got. It looks amazing and the quality is great. However, Showpo has SO MANY CUTE DRESSES but most of them are not available in the plus sizes. Im currently pregnant and can only shop from the plus size section.

I really liked the dress that I ordered in the summer, it was high quality and suit me well so I recently ordered two dresses for the holidays which were both very poor quality for the price. Not only that, but it’s frustrating paying $15 to ship the dresses to the US and then paying the same amount again to return it when the quality doesn’t look like the photos. It just makes more sense to shop on asos because it’s the same price range, similar styles, and purchases and returns are free.

Sizing is all wrong. Waste of time

I have shopped with Shopow in the past and have been really happy with purchases. My last dress was not what I expected. The sizing was way off and the fit/style was very different to the pictured model. Then trying to make a return before the refund cut off date was impossible as your checkout wouldnt accept 2026 as a vaild expiry date for my card to pay. (Ive had no issues with my card on other websites) so im unable to return the dress and feeling a bit defeated.
