I ordered a jacket and set which cost me $200, they look great fine on the material feels cheap

Being an online dominant world we live in and the inaccuracies with sizing purchases online, the Return and Refund process is absolutely shocking for such a "big company". #showpoo

Have worn the item once and the zipper has busted open/broken. Terrible quality items.

The dress looks beautiful, however is very poorly made for the price tag. The pocket has a whole, the zip is twisted (making it VERY difficult to get on)
