All the items I got were falling apart sizing was horrible and material felt cheap

wanted to return an item, however never got a confirmation email of my purchase or an order number. Tried emailling showpo requesting this information and they never got back to me. Now im stuck with an item i will never use :(

I bought this dress last minute because I do want to buy expensive dress. I have looking for a quality dress. And this dress did not disappoint. I feel so pretty and got a lot of compliments.

Love the clothes, love the brand! Obsessed with Jane! but I’ve contacted you so many times about a faulty items and everyone seems helpful at first but then they never action anything or respond after the first email. Very frustrating

I have ordered SO many things from Showpo and returned and exchanged in line w their policy. It started w needing a dress for a wedding. At this stage, I have bought and returned so many things that I’ve given up w my most recent attempts. The fit isn’t right for me, at 5f1 and not skinny 😅 things are either the wrong size even two sizes up from my usual or at too tight in certain spots. It was a massive hit to my bank balance..as well as my ego.
