My 5 year old Grandson is very very sensitive with his socks, it takes him 15 minutes to get socks so he can wear them. I tried many other brands and decided to try Thuasne. I find them very very expensive and not much better than others. I ordered on line and I felt it took way to long to get here. 4 days to process the order and get it to UPS and then it took another 5 or 6 days, so more than 10 days from when I ordered to when I got the very expensive socks.

I placed an order in late July, and by mid-August, the tracking information showed that UPS did not have possession of the item. I emailed customer service about this and did not hear back until about a week later, when they replied, "Oh it looks like youe package is lost. Do you want a refund or for us to send it again?" I quickly responded that I wanted them to send the package again, but I received no response. I waited another week, and finally tried calling. The person who answered said that they had just put in the request the day before (so, a week after I responded), so I should be getting the package soon. I received the compression tights almost a month and a half after placing my original order. I wish they had been better about communicating with me about the status of my order.

The Customer Service is excellent. I ordered three different kinds/brands of compression thigh highs, one of which was 30-40 compression, while the other two were 20-30 compression. I found the Sheer Ease brand usable, though the fabric was not a good feel. The Core-Spun socks felt so very good and was not the struggle to put on as was the Sheer Ease. But I wanted the Sheer Ease for dressy occasions. The Therafirm 30-40 compression stockings were impossible to put on. I did get one of the two stockings on, but the toe area was rather minimal, and the compression was so tight I could not get it off without taking scissors to it. Both had to have scissors to remove. I've never seen money disappear to fast. . . . I almost sent the Therafirm back without trying it on, but just had to try it, as I thought maybe the 30-40 compression could benefit my legs. Apparently that tight of compression takes strong fingers to put on, and these fingers are 81 years old. I'm learning, tho' it's spendy. But I'm happy the Core-Spun are available, for they give me a happy day, dissolving the ache in my legs. Thank you so much for having this product. Bettylou
