2 of the 4 items in my order are great. I'm loving them and they are just right for the season. The Athletic Recovery 2 pack was Small size and I need x-large. I just checked back and found my order and it was an error on my part - I thought I double checked, but I changed my mind a couple of times on which ones I wanted and missed changing it before ordering.

The order took much longer to arrive than I had anticipated. One of the pink socks began unraveling during the first wash. Very disappointing.

Afo socks. Happy to get them but material seems thinner than previous order.

Sadly the sizes were much smaller than expected and the items are unusable for my grandson

Products took way longer to arrive than expected. By the time they arrived, we no longer needed them because we had to order elsewhere. Now I'm struggling to figure out how to return them because no one has contacted me regarding the online return form with information on how to proceed.
