I ordered a blazer. The original blazer took almost a month to arrive and I ordered a Large as per reviews that this item runs small. I then had to exchange the item for an xlarge which is upsetting because I have only ever taken mediums. The item is cut very cheap. The xlarge did not fit. My return request was the day after I received the item and I then was told by customer service they could only give me a store credit because their computer system would not let them return the item for full refund. I persistently requested full refund as my return followed the return policy. Kassie stated she would forward my request to management in which I have not heard from. This company is not easy to deal with and I will never recommend nor buy from them again.

14 days and product hasn’t even shipped
It’s been almost 14 days and my package hasn’t even shipped yet. I understand we are in a pandemic but most companies have adapted to these challenges and still deliver in a timely fashion. On top of that I reached out via Instagram through direct message and it took me messaging on a post for the world to see for them to respond. Not impressed.
