Bought 3 items and only received 1. After multiple calls and emails finally got someone to agree to send a replacement. It’s been over 2 weeks. I have never dealt with such unprofessional service before

I ordered on 10/7 and paid for two day shipping and my order is just being shipped on 10/21 and will take 5 days to get to me.

My order was never shipped to me and customer service refuses to cancel my order and give me a refund because they claim it has left the facility. However, my UPS tracking number clearly shows the UPS label was created but never shipped. It has been over two weeks since I placed the order and I paid for expedited shipping. Customer service claims to have escalated my issue to management, but no one contacts me and the rep has stopped responding to me. From the complaints with the BBB I think this site must be a scam. I’m very disappointed because I love the close and I’m out $140.00.
