Poor service

I purchased a jacket over 14 days ago and I have not received an update. I contacted customer service through phone and via email but no response. If I don’t hear back from customer service by next week a complaint will be filed.

Took a month for the package to arrive. Terrible communication, no one responds to your emails or messages. I had to comment on a photo on instagram for them to respond. Quality of the items were poor, the zipper on the shorts were broken when it arrived.

Unacceptable Return Policy

You have the worst return policy of any retail company I’ve ever order from. When you say you have 15 days to return a package, the customer can’t be responsible for how long it takes the post office to deliver the package to you just like you don’t want to be responsible for how long it takes for the customer to get the package during Covid. It should be based on that it’s postmarked at the receive it. This is why I won’t order from you again in the future.

It looks good from far,

It looks good from far, but up close the leather looks cheap and one of the buttons fell off the first time I tried it on.
