Never received no communication

I still do not receive my order after 3 weeks and no matter how much I write, they only tell me that they will solve it and nothing !!! I never buy in this store again

Horrible customer service they ignore every message. It’s been a month and i still don’t have my order

So disappointed.

I paid for a dress that never arrived. I ask for the money back or you send me the dress. no seriousness.
