I haven’t received my last order, I’m very disappointed because I like the clothes and accessories that L|L offers but I’ve had problems every time ordering from them. I was told my order would arrive this week sometime, so hopefully that’s true. According to my account it says order has been fulfilled even though it hasn’t. Waiting 👏for 👏my👏Order

It codt me as much to return my order express in 2 days and now they are not replying.

I ordered items since the 27th of November and up till now is yet to arrive. I’m getting discouraged already because your website indicates four business days of shipping. Juliet

Made an order on the website, it came scratched and with a hair attached to a button. Different hair color than mine. I emailed multiple people and requested a return. No response from customer service.

They don’t except returns.
