Great service all round, just too much spam after the transaction.

Not a good experience.

The parcel was delivered to the wrong address, making it hard to track. Pearl Izumi didn't help me retrieve the item. They replied when it was too late. . .

Product arrived in good time, but I send an email describing the shortcomings and did not get any reply.
