Terrible customer service

No customer service. Deffective product and no resolution.

This company has horrible customer service. I have emailed at least 10 times trying to find out where my order is and no one has responded, but my credit card has been charged. There is no customer service phone number. I will report this company to the business bureau for fraud if no one gets back to me and I do not receive my order.
