The sneakers are visually appealing and stylish, but extended wear resulted in discomfort, including cuts and scrapes on my toes.

My shoes were sent with the wrong color shoelaces. I reached out to customer service multiple times with no response until about a 1.5 week later. New shoelaces were allegedly sent out but have yet to receive. Customer service is the worst.

Website stated shipping within 2 days. Product was backordered for 8 weeks and I was not notified for over 3 weeks and 5 inquiry request for an update. When shoes finally arrived they were too small, even after following the size guideline chart. Will not order from San Martin again.

I never got my Gia Platform Sneakers. I'm so disappointed and upset. Please someone call me!!
