Shoes slip up and down on the heal. After wearing a while little toe gets tender. Shoes are well made though. They are pretty stiff.

Received shoe in a timely manner it’s unfortunate the product is just not comfortable

The shoes look nice but look bulky and boxy on my feet. They run very wide. Also, the return QR code generated sales number I had to submit to return the product, but it said I couldn’t be found in the system. I had to email customer service. It took them 2 weeks to respond

The fit wasn’t good for me.

The first pair of shoes I ordered were too small. The return process was easy and I received the correct size in a timely manner. However, the new pair of shoes have laces that are so short, that I cannot tie them. I asked for the company to send a longer pair of laces but they said they cannot. The only way to get longer laces is to return the shoes again and get another pair. That seems ridiculous and is very inconvenient. I was planning to order another pair of shoes in a different style, but I don’t think I will now.
