Your return policy is awful.

the dresses were true to size, 1 out of 2 dresses was worth it.

Customer service needs some work.

If you’re in the US, it takes almost 2 weeks to receive your shipment and if you want to return it, they return period starts when they ship it regardless of how long it takes to get to you, and then you have to pay $13 to return the item. Make sure you know your size and that you’ll like the dress.

Dont like that i couldnt get a refund
