The process of returning it was inconvenient. I had to wait till they received my dress back to be able to shop for a replacement. Making it hard to receive the replacement dress hard to make it to me before the wedding I needed it for.

The dress is ok. Runs weird in the waist and I have a somewhat small waist. My biggest complaint is this company acts like it’s shipping gold bars, requires a signature even tho there’s already tracking. I have had to chase both orders down. I won’t be ordering again for this reason, mainly. The clothes are ok.

Other than using my in store credit, not planning on purchasing again

Hoping I will not have any issues with a couple of dresses I need to return because they were either too small or not right for the occasion. Website says you have 30 days to process return but when I went to the site it said I was not able to process return because it was past the return window. Order was confirmed on 10/5/2024 but did not receive until 10/22/2024. Today is 11/12/2024 which is within the 30 day return limit. Also, be aware they do not do returns for a refund. You can only exchange with a credit. I did not realize this before ordering. Probably would not have ordered or would not have ordered as many dresses if I had realized this beforehand.

This was my first time purchasing from Sage & Paige, and I was excited to give them a try. The shipping was quick, and the fit of the dress was perfect, but the embroidery detailing in the chest/collar area was much busier than what was shown in the photo. It almost seemed like the design meant for the back was accidentally sewn on the front and vice versa. While the return process was straightforward, I had to cover the return shipping cost, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I was really looking forward to this dress, but the inaccurate detailing left me feeling let down.
