Good but also a few issues

I loved the style of the stephanie dress, in olive. However, after 1 wear, I accidentally spilled a little hand sanitizer on the fabric, and that spot turned white. Then I washed it in cold water, and again, the green bled to another beige colored item. The color is very faded after 1 wash. The dye just does not stay! Then the fabric also tore apart from the button and created a big hole when I knelt down, normally the button may snap off if not secure, but in this case, the fabric tore apart with a 1-2in hole when the button snapped. It's just very poor quality but looks great for 1st wear! It's too expensive for 1 time use!

Very difficult to get an email response. Also, still waiting on a 15 day window once you receive my goods to credit my account.

Complaint

I received my package sent by UPS. Awful experience. Difficulty reaching them. More than 15 days before getting my package. Wrong address registred by them when it was correctly entered during the order. Upon receipt, the shirt was stained with 2 small white marking. Finally i had to pay customs fees of 46 euros paid. That was not planned. I am vers un happy.
