Initially excellent very exceptional but I had to return the dress and still have not been credited more than 15 days after you received it back I was told I was being credited

Quality not as expected, terrible customer service

I was expecting rather good quality given the price points, but it is mediocre at best. The customer service is absolutely inexistant - I think they have one person who sounds annoyed and never helps with the several issues I’ve had with my order

Poor customer service

The return departure indicated that it would take up to 15 days for my return to be processed after they receive the merchandising to the warehouse. As of today 08/03/23 it has been 23 days with no confirmation or communication from Room 502. I have contacted customer service but have lost all confidence that this matter will be resolved in a timely matter. Disappointed

Can’t make a return

The size was wrong and I can’t make a return. They are too busy to process. Like the product but the customer experience is sub-optimal. Also, one other small item all of the pieces I ordered have a chemical smell.
