Amazing! Not only did they replace the pair that I broke for $20, but these sunglasses look great on your face and are totally lightweight. Plus they float!!! I was extremely impressed by how fast the turnaround time was from when I reported that I broke mine to when I received the new pair. I emailed them and three days later I had brand new shades! I will most certainly recommend this company for their product and their awesome customer service! I can honestly say I haven’t had such wonderful customer service in a very long time. Well done Rheos, you’re doing it right!!!

I’ve bought a couple pairs after loosing others in the water. I liked the idea of a floating sunglass but still had style. But when I had an issue with a minor defect. They jumped right on it and got me another pair. No hassle at all. And it was resolved fast. Who does that?? I was shocked, surprised and happy all at once. I will recommend them to everyone and only buy their product from now on. Made in America, family owned and honest. A trifecta as far as I’m concerned!!!
