Made me feel like family.
I had a defective pair of sunglass that were on back order. Customer Service offered me an exchange of any sunglasses. It was mid summer and I operate a boat ,so I needed to get a pair asap, so I chose a new pair. After receiving, I wore them for a few hours but came to find out that they were to short for and caused discomfort. I was hesitant to message back with my complaint. I ended up doing so, and I’m glad I did, because the original pair were in stock again. Customer service fully understood and got me the original pair of sunglasses I had from the beginning. Thank you for treating me like I would a family member.
