Purchased my second hat two years after the first one. The new hat is not as nice as the old one. The material seems thinner and the gratuitous patches look even more fake than the older hat. The printing that mysteriously seems to part of every new hat also detracts from the overall look. I won't order any more in the future. Bought a couple used ones from ebay to provide spares.

I have bought 3 tarp hats, a castro cap, bucket cap, belt, and waist pack from you and love all, although your mailing envelopes for the hats really needs to be upgraded. Ordered another tarp hat to have a back up for mine, and it arrived in the familiar enveloped, torn in three places and the hat was very tweeked at the front. The last hat I bought came the same way and I had to work for weeks to get the brim restored properly, but one piece of it was crimped and never flattened out - so I was not going to go through the same thing again with this one. The other reason I returned it was that when I ordered, it said the small was backordered for 4-6 weeks, which was fine - thus I was surprised when it was shipped in just 3 days. I suspected at that time it might be a returned hat that was sent out to me - when it arrived, it was unfortunately the most awful baby poop mustard yellow color - not even close to any of the other 7 items I purchased from your company. It looked very much like one of the golden yellow hats you had on sale a while back and I thought that was likely what was sent to me. Regardless, I am a big fan but won’t be ordering again until you get your shipping envelope upgraded to something that won’t totally bend the hat brims and tear and hopefully when that happens, I can get a hat that looks like every item that is pictured on your website and doesn’t look like a tarp that was spray painted. Thanks for being willing to hear my feedback.

The hat is just mediocre IMO, because of the way patches were sewn together on the crown of my hat looks strange to say the least. The hat has already gone to theGoodwill. With other discarded clothing. I definitely waisted money on that hat purchase !!

Though the order desk had my correct address, shipping left out the PM number resulting in the package being returned. Customer service correctly identified the problem and arranged for a new order to go out, but I have not received an email as I was told I would to update me on the new order. I would actually rate this as between ok and bad, but bottom line is there is room for improvement.

Received belt and ventilated hat. Belt was fine. Hat came in an envelope and the burlap venting was crushed and bent. Have tried to get it back to its original form, to no avail. Unfortunate.
