I measured my head and ordered the cap that matched. However, the cap was way too big

Still waiting for reply for returning my hat. I am disappointed that the reply is taking a while and I am even more disappointed that my fourth hat was low quality compared to my first two ordered hats.

Customer service after the fact was not good.

You send me the wrong hat and then send me the right one, but want me to use my valuable time to ship the other back to you.
