I've been happy with your products for years. This time, not so much. I ordered one of your hats on 1-22-24 but had to return it because it was the wrong size. Following your instructions, I returned the hat, via FedEx, for a different size on 1-11-24. The hat I returned reached you on 1-23-24, a week ago. I haven't seen any indication that you've shipped my new and corrected size hat. When do you plan on sending it to me?

They were sent to an AP address in Japan and have still not been received. You guys got it in the mail just hoping you didn't mess with the address and it got messed up. Tracking had it in San Francisco but then to Chicago and not sure why,

Package arrived. The order was processed even though I ordered a different size. Selection was limited. When I tried to return for the size I ordered, no size I needed was available.

I bought one of your hats 6 years ago. I love it and get lots of compliments. I just purchased another and I was very disappointed. None of the character of the original. Looks like it is made of new material. Only one patch !!
