Not sure what to say.

I bought 3 hats in total. Sent 1 large hat back to trade for a medium and never got it back. So I lost the money I paid for the hat and the cost of shipping it back. I don't know if it is RDB's fault or the USPS but I never got my hat back. Of the two hats I do have, I love them.

Erratic sizing.

Bought two hats of the same size. They are completely different sizes. One fits perfect, the other not at all. $40 wasted.
