Hi, I love the trench, and also the cosy vest to button in. However, I wrote to the customer service about an exchange, and never heard back. In the end, I kept the exchanged coat, and am happy. However, ignoring my request wasn’t very professional. All the best, D. Fischer

I bought a coat online. I exchanged my coat in store for a different coat that on the same day online was cheaper than the price I paid in store and did not receive a voucher for the difference . And customer service is not even taking this seriously. Very disappointing.

I have never received the product. It seems it was never shipped.

No respons to muktiple emails and instead of what was stated: you do have to pay for exchanging.
