I am happy with my
I am happy with my coat but there is customer service that I am not happy with. To explain what happened. I ordered my coat and together with my delivery I received mine as well as another package (in that package it was a coat for someone else, but the label on the package had my name). I said this to my friend who told me it was their mistake keep it for yourself and give as a gift to someone.I didn’t do it.) Instead, I emailed immediately to Rain Couture and asked them how to get this back. I didn’t receive response, so I reported this in chat also, again no response. Following day another package that I didn’t order comes to my door (now I had two). I called three different numbers until I reached a person to talk to and explained what happened. I said there must be a glitch in the system and they have to check and stop sending me packages. He was very polite, he thanked me for informing them, apologised for inconvenience and said that I will receive label to return those two packages (almost 500€ value). He said some gift of appreciation/ voucher will be sent for me.
After a few days, I received label and printed it and sent to the shop two packages that I received by mistake. In the email correspondence I asked for the confirmation of recipients of the packages and I received an email that confirms the packages arrived to the shop. I was happy that all went well and asked should I expect to get a gift but no response to my email. This left me a bit disappointed.
While I was happy to see not only my nice coat but also personalised letter inside in a very nice box, after this experience I got a bit disappointed with the customer support. I didn’t expect to receive a huge gift, it could be this 15€ that you already giving and it doesn’t cost you anything.. I thought maybe 50€ will be offered because they care a lot, since its value of 500€ that I returned, if very generous. It would be even nice that someone responded to the email stating that I shouldn’t expect anything. This would make me happier than just ignoring after I sent boxes that were your mistake.
I wanted to get a body warmer from your website, and planned to do it after the correspondence, but I will definitely not do it now because I felt tricked. I would never keep what doesn’t belong to me, and I understand mistakes can happen, but please keep your promises. Thanks
