Excellent delivery service, returning service was not as good , had to email to get confirmation that goods had been returned so I could get my refund

Don’t pay for DHL delivery, my item wasn’t sent the same day, read the disclaimer - “items may not be sent same day during busy sale period”. I ordered at midnight hoping that the statement about order before 12 and item despatched the same day would mean my item was processed. Unfortunately I had to go on holiday without my new jacket. It was delivered while I was away :( 48hr delivery was really 5 day delivery…Item is nice but it went on further sale and dropped another £40 in price, I couldn’t return it as we were away during the 14 day return period 🙄 sad

ordered a small size which failed to arrive and when prompted it was then out of stock.

Hat arrived on time, before Christmas. Unfortunately, would not be able to use to ski with as made with cheap fabric.
