Shipping costs were prohibitive to return the jacket because it was way too large, though the sizing was based on your sizing. Customer service response was adequate.

Item delivered not the same as photo on website. Offered 10% off. This doesn’t even cover the postage. Not good enough.

The powder pink is different in real life. It’s more peachy. I wouldn’t have bought it if the pictures were accurate as it’s not the colour I’m after. The quality seems good though.

The product fitted well and I really liked the pants but was sad to see that they had ripped on my first day wearing them after coming in contact with my ski edge whilst carrying them to a lift. The last pants that I had from a different brand had lasted me a season and multiple holidays. This was the second pair that I ordered from the website as the first were incorrectly sewn so I couldn’t get my leg through, these were refunded and replaced.
