No options for a curvy figure?? Ordered XL that fits legs but upper bib section 2/3 sizes too big. Contacting customer services experienced 1+ wk delay w email request for support and with telephone option got message ‘no representatives available’ after trying for 2 wks. Asked for extra snaps to help alter….

Eventually Planks pulled through but honestly so disappointed with their complete lack of communication both in EU and home … Finally one team member Katie dealt with all my problems and compensated me financially but I still never ended up with the item I wanted and I am gutted about that as they looked really fab ..🥲

Ordering experience nice and easy, planks gear is always good, but would be amazing if returns from NZ were a bit easier. Then it'd be perfect!
