I attempted to return an item a Month ago. I have reached out multiple times and never have received an email back. My return still says it’s processing.

I ordered a pair of shorts and paid $9 for three day shipping and that was on May 19. Here it is June 11 and I still don’t have my shorts. I’ve emailed party pants twice and they have failed to reply in any way, shape, or form. if I ever see the shorts that I paid for, you better believe I will never order from Party Pants again.

For 2 months I have been consistently emailing customer service about a return. I have yet to receive a reply. Guess I'm stuck with these shorty short shorts.

I have tried connecting and asking for a way to make a return for weeks now but have not received any response. I'm not even asking for a refund; I just want to exchange something.
