My order was shipped since April 14th 2023 and as of today I still have not received. FedEx states the package is lost. I have reached out to Party Pants multiple times with no response as to how to proceed under this circumstance. Sadly, I will not recommend this site - not because of quality of the product ( because I wouldn’t know) but because of poor customer service

I ordered a pair of shorts that were too big and sent them back. I got confirmation from USPS that they were returned April 17th. I have yet to received my refund. I've emailed and FB messaged asking for details or and update with no communication back.

We received our men’s short promptly but unfortunately they had a burn mark on them. We were never contacted by customer service even though we received a confirmation email that they would be contacting us.

I emailed multiple times for a return and it’s been weeks, still nobody has responded. Extremely frustrating.

Terrible communications. No response on returned items. No response on missing items. Product is great..:business ethics terrible.
