I was really disappointed I brought a sale item for a friend and no where in the description did it mention all labels are removed. I emailed and was just told that’s what they do! Surely this should be stated in the sale description? I brought as a gift but decided against it after it arrived with no tags as didn’t want the recipient to think I’d brought a cheap one!

I ordered my first suedette organizer although I like that is not bulky and does not give a boxy look but it always folds on itself when I open the bag. This defeats the purpose of an organizer because you expect to open up the bag and see everything in a glance. I can not return it dough because it is a custom made order.

The organizer has limited functionality it’s mostly pockets around the organizer no center compartment so it’s almost like not having an organizer at all

I ordered a cushion for my Speedy 25 and it is very difficult to squeeze into the the bag. If you do it often, I fear the zipper will stretch too much one day. The soft Organizer is great in terms of nut making the bag stiff and bulky, but the seam at the bottom faces outwards an deformed the bottom of the bag. I now letting the seam change by a tailor to face inwards. For the 100€ I spend inkcl customs - not a good experience. Sorry.

Received the insert flat, which is not ideal in keeping the shape. And I ordered an insert for Hermes Lindy 30, but the insert don't seems to fit well and it is not stiff enough to keep the shape.
