Original Club

Hi I received my order last week that was quick but I’m not happy with the quality. I’m using original club organiser for my LV Speedy and was very happy with high quality and soft material but organisers I received this time is very rough and bad quality. Please advise how do I return it as I’m unsatisfied. Thanks

It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received my order.

I ordered a sandstone organizer for a speedy 30 in monogram. When the organizer arrived, it was literally off white, identically matching the “pearl white” color on the website, according to three different monitors. I contacted Original Club immediately and told them I was sent pearl white. They replied “ We no longer have a pearl white color available in our workshop. The organizer we sent you is in a sandstone color. Due to the suppliers, the color tone changes over the years. The sandstone color we have is lighter than we use to have, but it is still a sandstone color.” Bottom line, the color was misrepresented and despite “no longer having pearl white” available, it’s still advertised? If sandstone truly evolved so significantly to now being off white, update your photos! Now I can either pay return shipping and wait to get my money back or use an off white liner in my bag. Incredibly disappointing.
