I ordered one suit, it arrived with a giant hole in the crotch. Ripped open and unwearable. I contacted their help, and no reply. I then reached out to their social media channels, help again, and other nation sites…. Nothing.
Finally after a week a bot sent me a “how to return an item” email.
I ordered another suit and returned the original as I had an event I needed it for.
Bad idea.
The second suit I ordered also arrived damaged. The suit jacket had multiple burn marks, the pants are dirty and visibly worn, the knees were worn out, there was some sort of gunk on the back of the pants on the bum, and the legs were rolled up, leaving a clear crease. This is without question a used suit previously worn, and a damaged suit at that.
You’d think after the first one they’d quality check the reorder to ensure customer satisfaction. Nope. Sent a used, damaged suit instead.
This was the second time I’ve paid for a suit that arrived in unacceptable condition. On top of that, I’ve paid $55 in customs fees each time, totaling $110, for items that were not delivered in sellable condition. And I still don’t have my refund.
I’m extremely disappointed. Simply returning the items is not enough, I should not be repeatedly paying customs charges for defective products.
Still zero response from customer service. Bots and zero care that I have two damaged suits.
Stay away.
