Ordered my costume 9 days before Halloween. On their website, it said “order within the next 48 hours to get it by Halloween”… Order just arrived yesterday a week late lol

Terrible quality items, terrible fit. Not what advertised. Only good thing is the color and look is beautiful, otherwise 0 stars

8 days and still no refund refund.

I will not order from your company again. I bought 2 suits to make sure one fit. And when I returned the one that didn’t fit I was charged $8. 89 to ship it back. I will shop elsewhere from now on.
