The return process is unnecessarily cumbersome

I bought these and they were too big so I exchanged them. Sometime during that process, they became final sale so now I can’t get my money back. But when i originally bought them they were not final sale. Had I known they would change to final sale and Oliver Logan not offer a refund since I didn’t originally buy them on final sale, I would just have returned immediately rather than try to exchange. Love the product but frustrated with the return policy and how it was changed mid purchase for me

Didn’t realize I couldn’t return them.

Over a week since I got a confirmation email that you received my return and still no refund to my credit card. Starting to wonder if I'll ever see it.

I wrote about my issue related to my pants and got an automated response but nothing more than that at this point which is disappointing.
