How do I return for the proper size

The pants came unhemmed.

Followed the return instructions but have not received any notifications that the jeans were received nor have I received a refund! Very dissatisfied with customer service

I’m very disappointed because when I returned the first pair of Addington high rise jeans they arrived with a rip in the leg which didn’t show up in the photos. So, I requested an exchange as long as the new ones didn’t also have a rip. Maybe it was just a one off. Well, I received the new pair and again a rip in the thigh. Again I checked the photos and the video of the model wearing the jeans and nowhere does it show a rip in the leg. I will be returning this pair also.

This order was a hot mess. However, the first time I ordered from OL I loved the jeans and the service.
