Return Fee

I just can't accept that there is a $35 return fee. I loved the shorts! But they didn't fit and the right size wasn't available. I have never ordered from another store that CHARGED for a return. I've paid the return shipping before. But never $35 to try something on and learn it doesn't fit and then find out the correct size isn't available. I will take a closer look at Return information on all future purchases at other sites. This was an Instagram targeted at me. So I really resent the return policy.

Vdery mixed experiences

I did receive my original order that I was happy with. I later sent an email to the address online regarding sizing so that I might order the Deborah pant in the other color, in graphite. The small fits nicely but I had questions regarding the Xs that was available. There was never a response, almost a week later, and that size has disappeared online while I was waiting. VERY frustrating and disappointing to be ignored. That's not very good CS. (If anyone from this company bothers to look at this; would this be available at a store? I wanted the matching top, too- in a medium). This experience has me questioning ordering from this company again.

expensive return

I love the clothing but I had to return a shirt that was sized too small. The return cost me half the price of the shirt, which was outrageous. Unfortunately I won't be ordering again.

Shipping to the USA with

Shipping to the USA with UPS has been excellent. Customer service is non existent. Gave up on contacting them long ago. My biggest disappointment with Odd Molly is the change in the quality of the clothes. The craftsmanship and the quality of fabrics used have been down graded.
