Terrible return experience
I first bought your product while visiting Sweden and love it. This time, I had no potion but to purchase online. Unfortunately, the item I bought did not quite fit and did not look good on me at all. The first step for making a return was pretty simple and streamlined. I returned using a return strip I obtained from your website and dropped off at the carrier instructed by you. I then started to get email from the carrier asking for the invoice information for customs duty purposes. I have contacted you via email but received no responses. I eventually noticed a refund to my credit card short of $35. I do not know how I overlooked, but I was very surprised by that re-stocking charge as I thought the item I purchased could be returned without any charges.
