Odd Molly- US

The site is fine. Items are delivered quickly. My only issue is the poor customer service. I sent a CS a few questions regarding sizing and was never responded to; not even an automatic email that someone would be in touch later. I would have given 5 stars if someone had bothered.

Excellent quality, style, and material--well made and beautiful. Good sale prices and often with a range of available sizes. Nice bonuses with the Odd Molly Club. The return policy is strict and costly: $35 to return an item from the US, and tags must be intact. Exchanges are not possible.

Once known as a high end boutique line with its quality fabrics and unique designs. Odd Molly has lost it’s magic. The company has put profit margins before quality and customer service and in doing so it is losing it’s once loyal customer base. Bring back the philosophy of the original Odd Molly….quality in the details that made it stand above other brands. Rise above!

Shipping is excellent. Customer service is poor. Don’t bother contacting customer service….it is pointless. They will tell you to jump in the lake and have a nice day and send you heart and smiley face emojis.

Kept trying with card with sufficient funds ++ but checkout would not work. I then saw the dress I was trying to purchase sold out. Unhappy ending...
