Sometimes takes a day or two to receive an order confirmation email? Shipping times are excellent.

Oder confirmation is slow to arrive? After placing an order it can take days to receive an email confirming it.

I need return the pants and skirt. Both run too big for me, but both beautiful. I registered my return on the website. I have never received an email confirmation. I've been waiting and emailing customer service department for 3 weeks now.

Shipping with UPS to Untied States is excellent! My experiences with OM Customer Service has been horrendous. There is no customer service to speak of it is always a one way transaction and you are left feeling disrespected if you have a concern.
