Buyer Beware
I was promised a one time exchange if my final sale item did not fit, per the customer service contact process via email. The item did not fit. I followed up with an email to the customer service rep (or robot) I had previously communicated with. The response this time was no exchange with final sale. I am now stuck with an expensive garment I cannot wear, nor even want after this experience. Lesson painfully learned. If an online store has no phone number or actual department and human being to communicate with, walk away.
