Was not able to return after sizing was way off
I ordered a gift for X-mad in advance, and the sizing was way off unfortunately, I ordered a small and it fit like a large or XL, I am very familiar with apparel sizing as I’ve worked in the clothing design industry for 15+ years. I tried to return it after Christmas but was told that the period of return had ended so now I am stuck with a $200 coat that doesn’t fit anyone. Super disappointed, especially for such a great company that seems to care so much about having vegan & ethical products. I was looking forward to becoming a loyal customer but now will not do so after this experience. Honestly it’s not a great way to run a business, this is not how you keep customers.
