I ordered a small Gigi - X coat and the arms were entirely too tight. Disproportionately and like any other coat I have tried on before. I requested an exchange or return but since it was marked final sale they wouldn’t allow it even though the sizing was obviously off.

I put a order in almost two weeks ago and still haven’t heard anything bck yet

Coat tore at seams, I still haven't had a satisfactory result about my complaint from before Christmas!

Poor return service creates unnecessary frustration and low consumer confidence. Looks like the entire website is a fire sale right now. Even the store credit provided for my return has to be consumed all at once and cannot be spread out. It cant even be used to buy a gift card. This has been my worst shopping experience online.
